Google Now Launcher Now Officially Available for Nexus and GPE Devices

Until now, the Google Now Launcher has been exclusive to the Nexus 5. The APK has been uncovered from the Google Search app, but that was inconvenient to have to go through the process of finding the APK and then installing it.

Now, Google has released the launcher officially on Google Play. It’s available for all Nexus and Google Play Edition devices running Android 4.4 KitKat or newer. So if you have any one of those devices, you can download it straight from the Play Store.

Of course, there are probably many of you that don’t have these devices, so you will have to continue to get the Google Now Launcher through APK’s online. But if you have a device running KitKat, such as the HTC One, you will be able to install and use this launcher natively.
