The Verizon Galaxy NotePRO was leaked out recently in a press render. Today, Evleaks has uncovered the 2014 Edition Galaxy Note 10.1 as well with the carrier’s support. It seems like the two tablets will be launched simultaneously in the coming days, catering to the super high-end and the high-end market segment in the U.S. respectively.
The 2014 Edition Galaxy Note 10.1 features an identical hardware specs sheet to the Galaxy Note 3 complete with S-Pen support. It also packs a 2560 x 1600 resolution display, a Snapdragon 800 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 16/32GB of storage, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with an update to Android 4.4 on the horizon, an 8MP camera on the back and a 8,220 mAh battery.
Samsung was believed to be strengthening its tablet lineup in 2014 and this could well be a sign of things to come. At this point though, this is merely a leak of the press image with no word on the launch, so we might have to wait a while until Verizon or Samsung gives out more information.
