2012 Nexus 7 now selling for $150 via Woot!

2012 Nexus 7

American retailer Woot! is now offering the 2012 Nexus 7 tablet in the 32GB Wi-Fi only configuration for just $149.99. The original pricing of the tablet was $250 back in 2012, so this is a saving of $100, which isn’t quite a lot but still decent considering that the top end model is on offer. The tablet still receives software support directly from Google as it is a Nexus device and should receive all major updates in the foreseeable future, so there is nothing to worry about in terms of support.

If you’re looking for a decent budget range value for money tablet, make sure you give this deal a look. To refresh your memory a little, the 2012 Nexus 7 packs a 1280 x 720 resolution display, 1GB of RAM, a quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 chipset, Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a 4,325 mAh battery. You can also give the 2013 Nexus 7 a look if you’re willing to shell out a little extra for a new look design and substantially better hardware.
