T-Mobile USA CEO teases Uncarrier 4, plans to “eliminate another customer pain point”

T-Mobile Uncarrier 4The CEO of T-Mobile USA John Legere is a very active Twitter user and posts updates on anything and everything related to the company business (and also takes jibes at rival carriers). Today he has teased plans to launch something called Uncarrier 4. While he didn’t reveal anything else beyond this, his tweet did imply that this was going to eliminate another customer “pain point”, meaning something big is under wraps at T-Mobile. The rumor mill is now rife with speculation regarding T-Mobile’s plans for Uncarrier 4 and if the tweet is anything to go by we might have to wait until New Year’s to learn more about this new plan.

T-Mobile has always endorsed itself as a carrier which understands user issues and strives to undercut on its prices aggressively to compete with major carriers. Although the carrier has very little 4G coverage in the U.S. as of now, it won’t be long before that changes. Fans and customers are hoping for something big with Uncarrier 4 and if the history is anything to go by, the carrier will not disappoint.
