Sprint lights up 70 new markets with 4G LTE connectivity

Sprint 4G LTESprint has just flipped the LTE switch in 70 new markets in the United States. While the carrier was lagging behind in terms of total coverage compared to major carriers like Verizon and AT&T, this expansion should bridge the gap somewhat, although there’s still quite a lot of distance to be covered. The launch of Sprint’s tri-band LTE smartphones will make the carrier a more attractive proposition in these new LTE markets and Sprint will hope to convert that to increased revenue. The list is quite exhausting, so it might take some time to read through it all, so we advise you to go through them carefully.

Users will be glad to know that Sprint recently launched the popular Samsung Galaxy S4 handset with support for Sprint Spark which provides a faster LTE experience to the customers. Although the coverage of Sprint Spark is very limited at the moment, we can expect Sprint to gradually increase that number as well.
