The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was rumored to be getting a couple of new color variants earlier last week, and those rumors have just been confirmed officially by Samsung. But instead of the originally rumored two, the company has actually announced three new color variants of the phablet. In addition to Merlot Red and the Rose Gold White Galaxy Note 3s, Samsung has also announced a Black variant with Rose Gold accents.
The most noteworthy of the color variants are the two Rose Gold models without any doubt, as the Merlot Red variant is pretty much the same as the standard Galaxy Note 3 apart from the Red back and front panels. So the addition of these three variants brings the total tally of color variants to 6 (in addition to White, Black and Pink launched in September).
As far as availability is concerned, Samsung will reportedly launch the variant in China first followed by other world markets (if need be). So there’s no ETA on when the U.S. might get it, but considering that Samsung is a global brand, we don’t think they will keep it out of the American shores for too long.
