All-Dock Is A Universal USB Charger For All Your Mobile Devices

Smartphones, tablets, gaming devices, cameras and portable music players are just some of the devices that people carry with them every day. Every now and then these devices will need charging and keeping track of all the different chargers may be quite a hassle.

This is where All-Dock comes in. It is a universal USB charger that aims to be the only charger you will need for your various devices. It is also a project that is live right now over at Kickstarter.

All-Dock is designed to allow up to 6 different devices to be charged simultaneously. It can charge a small 4-inch smartphone up to a 10-inch tablet. It is also equipped with various ports so that I will be able to charge Android devices with a microUSB port or Apple’s lightning connector.

According to the design team “Our dream with the All-Dock is to create more than just a charging station. The All-Dock is envisioned as a functional piece of art. It will offer a solution for the rapid recharging of multiple devices at the same time, compatible with nearly all devices, including Apple, Samsung, Blackberry, LG, HTC, Motorola, Huawei, Microsoft, Nokia, Kindle, Sony Ericsson, Nexus, etc. The All-Dock will enable you to work with, charge, dock and store your device – all with the same station. It will provide incredible value for money.”

This charging station is designed to be charge your devices quickly with its 2400mA per USB exit. A typical smartphone will be charged up to 80% of its capacity in less than an hour.

When charging a smartphone or a tablet the device can be positioned either horizontally or vertically allowing consumers to use them in surfing the Internet or making calls.

There will be two models available, one can charge up to 4 devices while the other can charge up to 6 devices.

All-Dock aims to reach a funding goal of $40,000 with 31 days still left. Right now 172 backers have already pledged $18,271.

Those who will pledge $39 will get the early bird small edition without the USB hub. This will allow up to 4 devices to be charged simultaneously. The estimated delivery date will be on May 2014.
