Earlier last week, Amazon started selling the Verizon variant of the Moto X for $0.01. Today, two more carrier variants of the smartphone have joined the list. Sprint and AT&T Moto X variants are now being offered for $0.01 on a two year contract, just like the Verizon variant. This is good news for customers looking to get themselves a new Moto X, although the color choices are very limited here.
The handset packs a slightly sub-par hardware on paper, but in reality the smartphone is a powerhouse with tons of software features like Active Display, Active Notifications, Always-On Mic etc.
The Moto X is also one of the first smartphones apart from Nexus devices to get the Android 4.4 update. So not only are you investing in a value for money smartphone, but also in a relatively future proof device. Since Motorola comes directly under Google’s radars, we can expect the smartphone to get most future updates.

Update: Amazon appears to have pulled the $0.01 pricing from the Verizon and AT&T variants of the Moto X, so it’s only the Sprint variant which is being sold for that price.
