Sony SmartWatch 2 Latest Update Is Now Live, Comes With Performance Improvements

Sony has just released the latest software update for their SmartWatch 2 wearable device. The update aims to bring several performance improvements that will make the user experience even better. The major focus of the improvement done is on the homesceen swiping. To get this update all you have to do is make sure that the device is connected to the Internet as it will automatically update itself.

Sony is in a good position to become the leader in the smartwatch category as their latest model has excellent features and great performance. The company is promoting what they call “everyday life” which features apps that are regularly used by consumers. Right now the Google Play Store has more than 200 apps compatible with the SmartWatch 2 with more being added each day however there are some apps that stand out above the rest due to their usefulness.

Alarm Clock: The alarm feature of the device is easy to set. Just select the day, be it weekdays or weekends then set the snooze duration. There’s even an option to set the alarm of your smartphone as well.

Timer: When you need a quick and easy to use timer this device has you covered. You can use it to time the egg that you are boiling, how long your speech is going to last, or record how long your morning run is. You will be able to choose between a normal timer operation or a countdown timer.
