Another day, another render of the Nexus 5. More leaks are always great, though. So @evleaks on Twitter has leaked a new render of the Nexus 5. The phone looks just as good as all the other leaked photos and videos we’ve seen of it, so there’s not much to talk about.
The Nexus 5 is rumored to have a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 at the speed of 2.3 GHZ and 3 GB of RAM powering it, to review. It is also rumored to also have LTE, which is a major step up from the HSPA in the Nexus 4.
Of course, the usual Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC and other networking technologies will probably be included as well. It also will presumably come in 16 and 32 GB of storage. The cameras are expected to be 1.3 megapixels on the front, with an 8 megapixel rear camera.
The only thing unanswered still is the release date. We’ve seen many predictions come and go, most recently on October 24th, which obviously didn’t pan out. New rumors point to either an October 28th or October 31st release date, but we’re not holding our breath until Google explicitly says so.
Hopefully they eventually do, as it seems there is a lot of people wanting this device. So Google, please release this device soon.
