AT&T LG G2 goes up for sale online, in store availability from Sep 13

AT&T has just put up the LG G2 smartphone up for sale through its online store. Costing $199.99 with a two year contract, $449.99 with a one year contract and $574.99 contract free, the smartphone can finally be yours through the nation’s second largest carrier. The handset can also be bought through the Next plan for $27 a month. This is an online only purchase for now, as AT&T’s retail outlets won’t have the smartphone until September 13, which is next Friday.

The LG G2 is one of the premier smartphones in the market right now, after the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One. However, the launch of the Galaxy Note 3 has somewhat shifted the focus of the people. LG wouldn’t want that to affect the sales of its flagship handset and would look to make the most of the opportunity before the Note 3 eventually goes on sale in the U.S. The LG G2 packs a 5.2 inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 800 chip, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, Android 4.2 and a 3,000 mAh battery.
