With the launch of the Sony Xperia Z1 a.k.a Honami imminent, the company has been showing off some images of the smartphone through social networking sites revealing one feature or the other. Sony has already revealed that the smartphone will be water resistant through one of its Twitter reveals.
And this new image tagged under #bestofSony on Google+ shows off the 20.7MP G Lens camera that we’ve all been looking forward to. The image clearly reveals the camera sensor accompanied by a small LED flash at the bottom, with no hints of Xenon flash contrary to initial reports. The smartphone is also rumored to feature a 5 inch 1080p display, a super powerful Snapdragon 800 chip, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, Android 4.2.2 and a 3,000 mAh battery.
Sony is geared up for an unveiling shortly before Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3 launch event on the same day (September 4). So make sure your calendars are marked for September 4 as it is going to be one of the most eventful days of the year.
