Even though the blue HTC One has been rumoured to be a Verizon Wireless exclusive, it seems Sprint will pick up another exclusive deal, making it the fourth colour available from the third biggest carrier in the US.
The new report comes from a roadmap of Sprint’s current releases and future releases, also revealing the BlackBerry Q10 and Lenovo ThinkPad coming to Sprint in-between the HTC One blue launch.
This means Sprint has exclusive red and blue colour options, on top of the white and black available on all carriers. Sprint is offering the phone for $99.99 on contract, a damn good price for the number one smartphone in the world right now.
For those that cannot remember, the HTC One comes with a 4.7-inch 1080p display, quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB of internal storage, 2300mAh battery and Beats Audio. On the software side, HTC has Sense 5 on top of Android 4.2.2 and we expect an upgrade to Android 4.3 very soon.
It is a remarkably good phone and the red and blue colours look incredible for the adventurous types. Even though it is three month old and the new Xperia Z1, iPhone 5S and Nexus 5 are expected sometime soon, we would still label this the best buy.
