The T-Mobile variant of the new Moto X smartphone has been spotted knocking on FCC’s doors. This new smartphone is shown to carry all the essential network bands to run on T-Mobile’s (and AT&T’s) network. We have already seen the AT&T variant of the Moto X, so it would be a fair assumption to make that this one is headed towards T-Mobile. The FCC image above reveals support for AWS HSPA+, LTE Bands 2 and 17.
With the T-Mobile Moto X, we’re guessing that the customers in the U.S will be given a choice to purchase the smartphone unlocked as well. This pretty much rounds off all the major carriers of the U.S with AT&T, Sprint and Verizon rumored to get a variant of the smartphone. With so much being revealed right before the launch, we’re fairly certain the actual launch would hardly excite anybody. But it’s an announcement nevertheless, so let’s just hope we learn something that we don’t know already.
