Blu Products Releases The Quad-Core Blu Dash 4.5 For $139 Unlocked

Blu Products has announced that it will be shipping out the new quad core Blu Dash 4.5 starting today. The device will be selling for only $139 and will already be unlocked so you can use it with any GSM network around the world.

While this is considered a budget smartphone it packs in several features that makes it even compete with flagship devices.
