Android 4.2.2 test build for the Galaxy Grand Duos leaked


The budget friendly Galaxy Grand Duos could be receiving the Android 4.2.2 update according a newly leaked test ROM accessed by Sam Mobile. The ROM was sent in by an insider to the site, so don’t be surprised if it’s a work in progress. The dual SIM variant of the Samsung Galaxy Grand smartphone is widely popular in regions of Asia and Europe, and it’s very good news that Samsung has an update lined up.

The changelog is fairly expected here with features like Smart Stay, Page Buddy, Day Dream, Lockscreen Widgets and an overall smoother experience expected in day to day usage. There’s no word on when the update will go live, but the day shouldn’t be far away.

Strangely, the changelog doesn’t show any changes to the camera software according to Sam Mobile. We’re not sure if this will be changed with the final version of the OS, but for now it remains the same.
