MySpace Gets iOS App Redesign

MySpace has recently updated its iOS app to add a few new functions that weren’t previously available to desktop or mobile users.

The new additions include a new music sharing “social radio” that allows you to stream music, find new artists, and share songs with your friends. MySpace users will also be able to upload animated GIFs. The only reason I can see this being used for is to create humorous memes or to reflect current internet trends such as that weird floating broomstick thing going around on Vine right now.

Personally I almost completely forgot about the new MySpace, but it’s nice to see that the social media website is still at it. Have you used MySpace at all since its recent redesign? Will you ever use it at all, or is Twitter, Facebook and Google+ already enough for you?
