Mailbox for iPhone gets Landscape support and Gmail alias support

Mailbox, the beloved iPhone Gmail client had a new update released yesterday. It now has landscape support for the iPhone and you can use your Gmail aliases in the app. Mailbox just keeps getting better and better ever since being purchased by Dropbox back in March.

Between iPad support and having push notifications for all users, it is the ultimate Sparrow replacement. They also say they are working on a version for OS X and Android. Those will come probably later this summer-fall.  I unfortunately don’t use it due to its lack of iCloud support, but as soon as it has that, I’ll definitely use it.

If any of you readers use Mailbox and are excited for this update, sound off in the comments below!
