New Web Google Maps Leaked Ahead Of Google I/O Announcement


Google I/O is will be starting in a matter of hours but the rumor mill is churning and the item in hand is not a rumor but its a leak of the upcoming Google Maps for the web which is slated to be announced later at Google I/O.

This info was leaked realtime earlier today at the Google Maps site and was taken down shortly.  In that short time, Droid-Life was able to capture some screenshots of the new UI as well as the new highlighted features which include features such as adapt search, earth view, flight search, etc.

Overall the new features looks to be pretty interesting and we cannot wait to see it being officially announced at Google I/O later. These new features might possibly be ported to the mobile Google Maps app for Android and iOS.
