The world will soon see yet another tablet crowding the already bursting tablet market – Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 will arrive in stores this summer. While there is a huge tab basket, users around the world are still excited about the Tab 3 that sports an 8 inch display and comes in two variants – The Wi-Fi only model and the Wi-Fi 3G version of the same tab, labeled SM-T3110 and SM-T3100 officially. While there is no dearth of tablets, Samsung is one of the premiere electronics manufacturers and each product is reviewed with keen interest and enthusiasm. The Tab 3 is the latest in line from the Korean manufacturer that also manufacturers the Note phablet range, a lineup that is also gearing up for a big release!
The new offering from Samsung is up against Apple’s iPad Mini and Acer’s Iconia A1-810, and features alongside big brother, the Galaxy Note 8.0 with its trademark S-Pen. Both variants if the Tab 3 are offered in pure White, the color of the season. The Wi-Fi version as well as the 3G model offers an onboard storage of 16GB. The Galaxy Tab 8.0 featuring only Wi-Fi will hit stores towards the end of June while the 3G Slate will arrive much later- after around three weeks, estimated to hit stores around mid-July.
Interesting lineup from Samsung after the launch of its Galaxy S4. Both the smartphone and tablet range from the company are doing extremely well. With most companies shifting focus to the mid-income bracket, Samsung needs to be wise about the pricing of its new product – The Galaxy Tab 3 8.0.
