We have heard about the Lenovo K900 smart phone in some rumors till now. But we are not yet sure about the hardware specifications completely till now. But according to the rumors, the awesome mid range smart phone is going to come with a “standard” 5.5 inch display which is full HD at 1080 pixel resolution, and will feature a fast Z2580 Clover Trail+ Atom chipset. This processor will be a dual core CPU running at 2 GHz speed, which is really impressive.
According to the new rumors that have surfaced just today, the smart phone is already in the production line and will hit the store shelves in Japan on the 17th of April. But this is not the officially confirmed date, just another rumor that you will have to consider with a pinch of salt. And if you were wondering how much you will have to spend for this one, the answer would be $481 (2,999 yuan, €371, or £325), which is about the standard for smart phones with similar specs. Again, you will have to consider the pricing with a pinch of salt as we cannot be very sure of this either. And this figure is supposed to change between now and the actual announcement of the device.
And if you are not familiar with the hardware of the smart phone, the display is going to have a pixel density of 400+ ppi, for that big 5.5 inch display. The smart phone is also going to have a 13 mega pixel camera on the back and a 2 mega pixel camera on the front for video chats.
The smart phone will feature a good 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage on board, with a microSD card slot as well. But we don’t know the maximum capacity of the card supported yet. The smart phone will be running the new Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and is just 6.9 mm thin.
