Modern Combat 4 To Release On iOS On December 6th, Android Counterpart Delayed

Modern Combat players will be ecstatic to hear that Gameloft has finally revealed when Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour would hit the Play Store. Sort of. Gameloft has plans to launch the first-person shooter, tomorrow, December 6th on iOS with plans to launch the Android version shortly after. This news comes from a spokesperson from Gameloft. Unfortunately, the spokersperson did not say what resulted in the Android version of the game getting a delay. Regardless of the delay though, it shouldn’t be too much longer of a wait before the game drops on the Play Store.

Players have been waiting for quite some time, and now we’ll finally be seeing the launch of the game shortly here. While the delayed launch for Android may be a bit disappointing, there is no doubt that Gameloft has a very good reason as to why the launch was delayed for the Android platform. We can guarantee that this does not have to deal with exclusivity, as Gameloft always launches their titles on both platforms simultaneously. Players who can’t wait for the game to launch can wet their appetite watching hand-to-hand combat, explosions and betrayal in the extended reveal trailer below.

I just got the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, and I’ll be excited to take this game for a spin on the monster when the game drops on the Play Store. Are you a mobile gamer? Have you stuck with the Modern Combat series up to Zero Hour now? Are you excited to finally see the game launch this month? Let us know in the comments below!
