Samsung Galaxy S3 is Samsung’s Android flagship device for the year 2012. The device was launched few months back and it’s considered to be the best Android device, though I consider Nexus devices to be the best Android device. Nevertheless, Samsung GS3’s are still selling like hot cakes and according to the recent news, Samsung GS3 is more popular than iPhone 5 in the UK, and we know the kind of fan base that Apple has got. The holiday shopping season is on and if you are out there to buy a high end smartphone and you aren’t an Apple fan, you will have to eventually choose between Galaxy S3 and the recently launched Nokia Lumia 920 which runs Windows Phone 8 and has an amazing interface and an equally interesting hardware.

Samsung Galaxy S3 definitely looks better on the spec sheet and should help you to choose between the two. According to me, since Lumia 920 comes with a lower price tag on a 2 year contract, so I would choose the Windows device. Besides, Windows Phone 8 has an attractive interface and is something new, plus the App Store is growing quickly, so it’s not like you have scarcity of apps like it used to be before. If you want pure Android experience, there’s always Nexus 4 which you can buy unlocked for just $299. Which one would you buy?
