The Samsung Galaxy S III Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update is closer than I originally thought. Those who are on T-Mobile’s network with the Galaxy S III are going to be extremely happy. The carrier is pushing out a new over the air update for the device. No, this isn’t a small bug fix. This is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. I’d be checking the “System Update” button if I were you!
This update comes weeks after Sprint rolled out their update for their variant of the Galaxy S III.
The update to Jelly Bean brings a slew of different features to the Galaxy S III. One of the features you can expect is the highly-advanced Google Now, which even avid iOS users have claimed to be better than the iPhone’s voice assistant Siri. Other than that, you can expect some performance updates along with some new TouchWiz features.
Have you gotten the update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean yet on your T-Mobile Galaxy S III? Was it all you were expecting, or was it overhyped?
