Sprint’s Motorola Pictures Leaked. Could it be Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE?

The reality of a modern smartphone with an actual full QWERTY physical keyboard in addition to a touchscreen keyboard could be with us, if pictures supposedly leaked from Motorola are anything to go by.  It appears Motorola are working on a smartphone that will have a slide-out keyboard that will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and with a dual core S4 or better still, a high performance quad core processor.

Although many smartphones have been released in the past year, there are actually none that feature an actual physical full QWERTY keyboard that have such a high performance.  This may be a dream smartphone for enthusiasts who would prefer phones with a physical slide-out keyboard.

The leaked picture remains mysterious at the moment, but if it is real, then it should be hitting Sprint soon.  Besides the fact that it has a physical full QWERTY keyboard and that it is developed by Motorola, everything else is still a rumor and speculation.  However, it does not take a genius to join the dots in recent rumors that have been doing rounds on the internet about Motorola’s future smartphones.  This new mysterious smartphone has to be Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE that was mentioned back in April by Pocket Now Report.

The phone, codenamed the Photon Q 4G LTE, was rumored to feature a 720p HD display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich processor, LTE network capability and a dual core Snapdragon S4 processor.  What we cannot tell is whether the rumored device is the one pictured or there is a different handset being developed by Motorola.

Although the picture of the phone is very blurry, it is certainly not a trick.  It is safe to assume that Motorola is currently testing a slider-keyboard phone for Sprint as the network’s music app is visible on the device’s screen.  Verizon has been offering slider phones of later and it seems Sprint is going to join the fray with this new powerful handset.
