Leaks Reveal HTC One XXL’s Specs; HTC’s Very Own Phablet

Wonder why there is no contemporary yet to the phabulous phablet in the market? Well, the wait is nearly over. Leaks have revealed HTC One XXL which closely resembles Samsung Galaxy Note and apparently, endows much better specs than the phablet.

The specifications of the flagship device would definitely make you drool by the end of this post. So, here’s what HTC has packed under the hoods. The HTC One XXL would come loaded with a quad-core processor (Snapdragon or maybe, Nvidia Penta core processor) and would support 4G LTE connectivity.

The HTC One XXL reportedly has a fabulous 4.7 inch FULL HD (a 720p LCD2 panel) resplendent display which would make images look amazingly crisper and sharper. There are reports that HTC could even extend the display to 5.4 inch, but we do not see that coming. That would make it much difficult to hold and don’t see such design being conceptualized.

It would have jaw-dropping 2GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash storage capacity. It would also come with an external memory-card slot for memory-expansion needs. Predictively, it would come with a 2,750 mAh Li-ion battery that would feature wireless charging. Yeah, the concept mentions wireless charging. However, whether this functionality would be actually provided is yet to be attested.

HTC One XXL is likely to integrate 8 MP camera at the rear and 1.8 MP camera in the front. The concept device would be running on Android Jellybean 4.0 which would be topped with HTC Sense 4.0. The first look of the device is tempting and shows a very neatly framed user-interactive interface.

It briefs us with what’s in store. Also, some of the specifications mentioned are feasible and have already found implementations in numerous gadgets. The concept tells us more about a new segment which is slowly emerging and how the smartphone-tablet-hybrid-species would evolve in future.

Tell us, what do you think? Do you think such a device can be realised? Or is it just another concept design, which looks good only on paper? Share your thoughts.
