Meizu have just announced the quad-core variant of their MX smartphone and it will be running Android 4.0. The device has been given the name the “Meizu MX quad-core “and will bring numerous improvements to go with the new silicon armour on the device.
Within the device, the CPU has been upgraded to a 32nm High-K Metal Gate quad-core Samsung Exynos processor, built with four cortex A9 based cores, but there is no word yet on the info of the clock speed.
The new smartphone will come with a meaty 1700mAh battery and a range of new colours for the backing cover. This means that the device will be available on five different colours to suit your taste.
Android 4.0 will be packed onto the device, customized by Meizu and will be under the name Flyme OS. If you want more specifications click HERE .
The Meizu MX quad-core will be available in 32GB and 64 GB variants and will be priced at 2,999yen ($480,£302) and 3,999 ($635,£400).
