Huawei To Deliver On Promise Of High Performance Android Phones At MWC

At this years International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas NV, we were invited to Huawei’s annual press event. We didn’t know what to expect, and we were pleasantly surprised that Huawei blew us away with the new P1 and P1 S Android devices.

We thought that Huawei would use MWC to continue to ramp up excitement for these two new devices and their Spring 2012 launches.  Well it seems that not only will Huawei have the two new phones introduced at CES at their stand on the MWC show floor but they also plan on debuting some new devices at a press event being held the day before the show officially opens.

More after the break

The invitation touts:

“We look forward to showcasing how beautiful speed can be and celebrating a new era of innovation with you”

According to a Japanese mobile blog, Huawei will introduce the Huawei Ascend D1 Q and the Mediapad 10, a larger more powerful version of the 7″ mediapad known as the T-Mobile Springboard in the U.S.

With reference to speed in the invite we are definitely thinking Huawei is joining the quad-core party.
