HTC’s Sales Slow In November

HTC released unaudited numbers today which showed that there rocket like sales numbers have slowed to more normal levels.  HTC contributes this to a soft month for smartpohone sales.

Overall HTC’s numbers were down 20% from the same time last year and down 30% from the previous month. HTC did however, report that their overall numbers from January to November were up 78.8% from the previous year, which is still a strong testament to HTC’s overall sales performance.

December sales should put HTC back on an even kilter. HTC has at least one “super phone” on each of the four major carriers; the HTC Rezound on Verizon Wireless, HTC Amaze 4G on T-Mobile, HTC Vivid on AT&T and the HTC Evo 3D and Evo 4G on Sprint. Although it’s just about a year and a half old the HTC Evo 4G on Sprint was still the best selling Android phone in the third quarter.
