$120 Ice Cream Sandwich Android Tablet Available In The United States

The first Ice Cream Sandwich powered tablet available in the United States was unfortunately not the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime, it’s not made by Acer, Toshiba, Samsung or Motorola. Nope, the first Ice Cream Sandwich tablet available in the United States is the Ainovo Novo7.

The Novo7 is a 7 inch Android tablet powered by a single core 1ghz MIPS based xburst CPU. It has a Vivante GC860 GPU clocked at 444mhz. In the camera department you’re looking at 2 mega pixels on the rear and a VGA camera on the front.

Obviously we aren’t looking at anything that great as far as hardware. The software changes everything. The tablet is running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Now keep in mind the tablet specs aren’t very good you could also be looking at a device that doesn’t come with Gapps or Android market on board.
