Energy Sistem Introduces 3 New Android Tablets

Energy Sistem, a consumer electronics company based in Spain with a focus on music and media has introduced three new Android based tablets to the European markets.

The new Energy Sistem i724, i824, and i828 tablets all run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread with a “honeycomb style” interface, according to a report from Although they are running Gingerbread, the tablets still have access to over 400,000 apps in the Android Market.

Under the hood all three tablets are wifi equipped and have HDMI output for video. They all run on A8 Arm architecture with 512mb of DDR3 RAM. The memory is expandable to 32gb via microSD.

The i828 HD tablet has an 8″ capacitive touch screen. It also has a rear and front facing camera. The i724 has the same specs under the hood as the i828. The big difference is it’s 7″ screen vs the 8″ screen on the i828. Also the i724 only has one camera which is on the front.

The i824 seems to be the same as the i828 without the rear facing camera.  All three tablets will release in Europe on November 19th.
