It’s not a big secret that Acer is working on a follow up to their successful A500 tablet. Their newest tablet the A200 has already shown up at the FCC’s Columbia Maryland test center along with getting BlueTooth certification.
Now Acer has outed the A200 tablet in their own promotional video. The A200 is sporting an Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, and 1gb of RAM so it’s not going to be competing with the likes of the Asus Transformer Prime the way it’s predecessor directly competed with the original Eee Pad Transformer tablet.
Acer’s promotional video makes mention of the full sized USB port, microSD slot and the ability to share via Acer ClearFi. The original A500 also had a full sized USB port but in our tests didn’t have the functionality of the Toshiba Thrive or the Lenovo Thinkpad.
