Google Announces Dates For 2012 IO April 24-25th

Google has put the official save the date card on their coder blog here.  We were actually very very worried about Google I/O this year as it it’s traditionally held around the 10th of May. Well earlier this year CTIA announced that the spring CTIA show was moved from Orlando to New Orleans and with that they also changed the date to that same week in May.

So now with that out of the way we are fired up about next years Google IO. Last year over a million Google fans enjoyed IO through the various Google IO extended viewing parties, in person and streaming online.  Samsung gave away millions of dollars in new gear including Chromebooks, Samsung Galaxy Tabs and 4G wifi hot spots.

There were a ton of informative sessions that made the whole experience worth it.
