There are times when it’s hard to make a decision. What should I have for dinner? Which movie should I rent tonight? Does this shirt make me look like a pirate? While it is hard to decide alone, there is always the option of asking someone else his or her opinion on the subject. After all, sometimes an outsider’s opinion is needed. That’s what apps like Opinionaided were created for.
Opinionaided helps the user make decisions in their everyday lives. Let’s say the user is in the market for a new TV set. They want one to shut up their neighbor who can’t stop bragging about the new flat screen. The problem is they don’t know a thing about TVs. All they have to do is post a question on Opinionaided and wait for a reply. The replies they receive may not be very accurate, after all these are opinions, but at least it’s a start.
The other side of the coin is the user can reply to questions asked. If feeling in a helpful mood, they can look through the questions and answer in any way they see fit. Just be honest, or not, the choice is up to the user.
Obviously, this app isn’t built to answer every question in the world. After all, that would defeat the purpose of living. However, if one day the user decides to try something new, but would like some words of questionable wisdom on it, Opinionaided might be the app worth turning to.
