A reader of This Is My Next wrote in after discovering hidden within the Samsung Unpacked app for next weeks IFA show are three new device logos. The Samsung Galaxy Note, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 and the Samsung Wave 3.
We can safely assume that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is the next installment of the Samsung Galaxy Tab line up. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 was unveiled at Mobile World Congress and then again in Orlando at CTIA alongside the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9. Let us not forget that the original Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 was released at last year’s IFA show in Berlin.
More after the break
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 corresponds with the rumors we’ve seen about a 7″ form factor tablet with a superAMOLED screen and Android 3.x Honeycomb. The Samsung Wave 3 can be assumed to be the next version of Samsung’s bada device “The Wave”. Samsung also released the SDK for the next version of their operating system today.
The Samsung Galaxy Note is the one that we’re not sure about yet but we will know next week when we’re reporting live from IFA.
