Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy S II Passes Through FCC

As we get closer and closer to the US launch for the Samsung Galaxy S II we are going to see more and more things pop up.  The latest is the FCC submission for the Samsung Galaxy S II dubbed the Samsung Within.  This is Sprint’s variant of the Samsung Galaxy S.

Last year, when Samsung released the first Galaxy S phones, Sprint received the best of the 4.  Samsung’s Epic 4G featured both 4G/WiMax access and a slide out qwerty keyboard.  It’s been rumored that Samsung is not only releasing a Galaxy S II variant on Sprint but also a separate follow up to the Epic 4G.  The Epic 2 is rumored for a fall 2011 launch.
