In the 80’s and 90’s that big, heavy blue box called Trivial Pursuit grazed the coffee tables of many many families. In the 2000s the blue boxes began to get replaced by a new DVD interactive game called Scene It. By now I’m willing to bet that most of our readers have gathered in a living room somewhere in the world and played Scene it.
Now, the makers of Scene it have introduced a new daily trivia game across multiple platforms called Scene It Daily. In addition to it’s catalog of thousands and thousands of pop culture and movie trivia, Scene It will add current events to their Scene It Daily Game. For example, what movie topped the box office this week (Easy Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows part 2).
Scene It Daily also adds another spin, in-app purchases. Players will be able to purchase virtual “tickets” in allotments of 25 for $1.00 and then redeem those tickets for hints to trivia questions, to buy more time for an answer and more. Scene It has also revealed that they will team up with content sponsors who will offer even more “tickets’ to players as incentives.
