This screen shot, originally posted by our friends at Droid-Life, shows that the Motorola Droid 3 has now joined Game Lofts lofty list of supported handsets. Although this doesn’t mean anything except that you can play Game Loft games with a Droid 3, it could mean the phone is sooner than we thought.
More after the break
The Motorola Droid 3 has shown up all over the net, including a collection of official Verizon Wireless tutorial videos. It’s been widely reported that the Droid 3 would launch in either late June or early July. Kellex over at Droid-Life has heard that the official date is July 7th. Which goes inline with what we’ve all heard for it’s release.
The Motorola Droid 3 is said to be using Texas Instruments dual core OMAP 4 technology. It’s also believed that it will come to market with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 8mp rear facing camera, front facing camera, HDMI-Out, and qHD screen. It’s also rumored that it will NOT operate on the Verizon Wireless 4G network. They are saving that for the Droid Bionic which should release around the same time.
