Droid 3 to launch July 13th, so says newest leak

As you can clearly see in the picture above, the Droid 3 looks to be launching July 13th at participating Best Buy locations.  The ever so not kept secret of the Droid 3 which has now been leaked every which way except for either Motorola or Verizon coming out and just giving us a full walk through of it. As being reported the specs are up there with the top of the line phones.

Spec highlights include a 4-inch qHD display, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video capture support, 16GB of internal storage and a slide-out QWERTY keypad. However what we haven’t seen yet is if this’ll be LTE or not. Looking that Verizon is in the future having its whole line-up LTE enable why not start that list now. With the original Droid having so much success with its “unlocked” bootloader which was easily rooted, the following one’s have been locked will we see Motorola keep its word and unlock those future Android phones, or is it locked bootloader we are looking at.

The Droid 3 is reported to have a dual core processor similar to the Droid X2 however without the LTE, the Bionic seems to be the Motorola device to look forward to this summer.

Motorola do the right thing and let us have OEM unlock like the Xoom.
