Verizon Wireless Brings The 2011 NFL Draft To Android

Next week all eyes will be on New York City and Radio City Music Hall for the 2011 NFL Draft and Verizon Wireless is giving their Android users, and other device users, exclusive access to it.

Verizon Wireless, via their NFL app, has partnered with the NFL to cover the draft on mobile phones. Customers with Android phones can download Verizon’s NFL app directly from the Verizon channel in the Android market. If you have a Verizon data plan you can also text “NFL” to 8915 for a link to download the NFL app to your phone.

Verizon Wireless’ complete NFL draft coverage will include a ticker on the app giving you up to the minute draft results as well as access to exclusive analysis content from NFL experts. There will also be interactive video features highlighting some of the draft choices in the 2011 draft.

The draft takes place from April 28-30th. Verizon Wireless’ NFL Mobile app is one of their most popular signature apps with millions of downloads over 25 smartphones.¬† Check out NFL Mobile at
