Remember that Twitter account @DroidLanding that gave clues about finding previous Droids such as the Droid X and Droid R2D2? Well it is back, and with another clue that is just as random and hard to figure out. The Twitter account which hasn’t posted anything since January 7th, just tweeted around 7 p.m. Eastern time. The message states “Reactivation protocols initiated. DSC operational. System test complete. Field agents await instructions.”
At the present moment, there is really nothing to make of the tweet except for the fact that we are going to see another Droid branded device some time soon. The question is which device will it be. We know that there are several devices that have seen leaks and rumors for such as the Droid X2, Droid 3; and others that seem to be a little closer such as the Droid Charge and Droid Incredible 2. If I had to guess, I would say that the latter two devices would be what this Twitter account is talking about. We know that the Droid Incredible 2 has the date April 28 floating around, and the Droid Charge can’t be too far behind. Either way, stay tuned to TheDroidGuy and @DroidLanding for more coverage on the newest Droid that we are searching for. In the meantime, which device do you think is next up? The Droid Incredible 2, Droid Charge, or will it be another device? Let us know your opinion in the comments!
