This wasn’t a major secret or anything, but today Samsung and Sprint announced the Samsung Replenish, the world’s first eco-friendly Android phone. The candy bar style QWERTY keyboard phone resembles the Droid Pro and several Blackberry models. It’s also reminiscent of the Black Jack, a franchise qwerty style phone Samsung produced for AT&T a few years back.
The Samsung Replenish will be available in June in three cool colors; Onyx Black, Arctic Blue and Raspeberry Pink. The Samsung Replenish will be offered with a solar powered battery cover that will charge the battery. It will also come with a “Green” Sprint ID pack that features themes and apps that are eco-friendly in nature.
