Hands On With A Fully Functioning Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

We saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 unveiled when we were at MWC in Barcelona in February. We saw it again at CTIA in March where Elijah Ketchum, Thedroidboy, did a quick overview. Here at Appnation Samsung was in full force and we got to touch it ourselves and get a little more hands on.

We also took a minute to compare the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 to the Motorola Xoom Wifi. We found that while the European version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a little thicker, it’s a lot lighter than it’s Motorola counterpart.¬† Also we noticed that the Euro version doesn’t have any of Samsung’s Touch Wiz experience or “hubs”. We aren’t sure if the US version will have those features or not, however the Euro version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is definitely a vanilla or core Android experience.
