Today at Samsung Unpacked Sammy unveiled their new lineup of tablets. The new Galaxy Tab comes is 7, 8.9, and 10.1 inch versions. They announced that the 10.1 Tab would June 8th and the 8.9 would be coming soon this spring. The 8.9 inch Tab will be $469 for the 16gb model and $569 for the 32gb model. Both tablets have dual-core processors and are only going to be 8.66 mm thick. Enough chatter though, check out our hands on with the Galaxy Tab 8.9 featuring TouchWiz4.
The current model that they have in the Samsung booth here at CTIA is the European version, and the States version is set to be thinner and lighter and will most likely include a software update that polishes TouchWiz4. Samsung won Mobile Trax award for best small tablet with their 7 inch this year at CTIA, and the new lineup of Tabs is sure to impress and sell as well. The cheap price of the Tab is really a kicker, and the marketing campaign by Samsung is also very good, and these new Tabs will probably put Samsung way up on the list for tablets.
