Nokia CEO Stephen Elop Doesn’t Think Android Would Work For Nokia But These Guys Do

In the latest edition of Non Android phones being hacked to run Android, the Nitdroid team have ported Android 2,3 over to Nokia’s flagship device the N900

The Nitdroid team, led by Alexey Roslyakov (Aka Drunkdebugger) got Gingerbread ported over to the N900 in no time at all. This early release has access to calling features, wifi and a little more but the team promises a complete release by the end of the year. Roslyakov and his team are no strangers to porting Android to the N900, they were the team to have the first Froyo build on the same device within 24 hours of the source code being released.
