“Google Android” Beats Out Justin Bieber in Top Tweets of 2010

Twitter has announced preliminary end of the year statistics for 2010.  According to the microblogging websites people, there were over 25 billion tweets sent out so far in 2010.

On their blog site they’ve released the top 10 tweets of 2010. They included the Gulf Oil Spill, The World Cup, and the Haiti Earthquake.  With all of the Justin Bieber hash tags out there we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Google Android actually beat out the 16 year old pop star in most tweeted this year.

There was a survey released last week that showed twitter’s trends and growth among users.  Below is a list of the top 10 tweets where “Google Android” is ranked 7th while Bieber is ranked 8th.
