Honeycomb is up next after Gingerbread

AndroidSWAG Founder, and good friend of The Droid Guy Aaron Kasten, has learned from a very reliable source that the code name for the next version of Android after Gingerbread 3.0 could be “Honeycomb”.
Andy Rubin had said a few months back that after Gingerbread they would be slowing the releases down a bit, so we are unsure if this “Honeycomb” will be 3.1 or 4.0.
We do know this, however, the source for this information has provided Kasten with nothing but good, reliable tips that have proven to be true. Twitter followers of @androidswag, @adroidian and previously @devdroidian may remember back to early June, when Katsen tweeted that the first Verizon phone to get Froyo would be the original Droid, despite many people challenging this tip, it did in fact materialize this week.
