Turn off the firewall

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More .
  • Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  • Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.

  • On your computer, close all Chrome windows and tabs.

  • Click Uninstall.
  • Confirm by clicking Uninstall.
  • To delete your profile information, like bookmarks and history, check “Also delete your browsing data.”
  • Click Uninstall.

Install Chrome

  • Go to https://www.google.com/chrome/
  • Click on Download Chrome
  • If prompted, click Run or Save.
  • If you chose Save, double-click the download to start installing.
