  1. Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and got the Nougat upgrade 7.0
I tried to copy my picture and videos to my Windows 10 Laptop, the copy by USB started great but about 75% in the speed propped down to 0. I have tried with Bluetooth, WiFi as well as USB, I even took my micro SD card out, plugged it into my computer and the same problem.
I have lost several small home videos and don’t know why.
I never had this problem before the upgrade.
My SD card has 7.37 GB used of 119GB
    If you have any ideas.
    Thank you.
