Following Samsung’s announcement that it will voluntarily replace the #GalaxyNote7 to existing owners, T-Mobile has now detailed its plans for people who bought it from them. The Magenta carrier will offer full refunds for everyone who purchased the phone through their channels and also if you bought any accessories for the device. There will be no restocking fees charged and you will get everything you spent back in return.
This refund can be used to get another phone or the Galaxy Note 7. The carrier mentions that the Note 7 will be back in stock over the next couple of weeks, so you will have to wait a bit. It’s commendable of T-Mobile to offer replacements or refunds to users of the Galaxy Note 7.
In order to get a refund for your Note 7, all you have to do is call 611 or 1-800-937-8997 from your device and get started. You can even walk-in to the store where you bought it from if you prefer a more hands-on approach on things.
